The "CTZ-5A" is a device designed to reduce issues such as noise that occur during standby due to mismatches when connecting high-impedance telephones, such as voice call devices, to a transport (optical) terminal. It allows for input and output adjustments between the terminal and the line, accommodating up to 10 circuits.
